Emergency Procedure

If you need to report an emergency to us such as injured or escaped livestock or damaged infrastructure please follow this procedure:

  1. Call the office on 01256 381190.
  2. If no one answers, wait for the answering message which will detail the name and mobile number of the member of staff who is currently on call.
  3. Phone the on-call member of staff who will then respond accordingly.

NOTES:

  • Please do not phone a member of staff directly unless you know they are on-call.

  • If you are unsure if a particular situation qualifies as an emergency then please phone the on-call member of staff anyway so that they can make the decision on how to proceed.

  • Most importantly of all – please do not report injuries or sick animals via the blog alone – always call the emergency on-call contact.

    Thank you!

    Ah Haa 2.20

Found them huddled together in the trees at the far right of the heath field. Good I feel better for having found them. All seems fine indeed x

    Today at 1ish

Army banging around again. Been here every day this week and have yet to see the girls???.
Admittedly I have been extremely busy and haven't spent my usual amount of time here but still they are being exceptionally illusive. X

Sunday 6pm - All three looking good

The threesome made us walk a fair distance today but we found them over in one corner of the Heath not far from the cattle crossing in M3. All looking well and in good shape, no issues seen.  One of them was about 50 yards away, but I assume they'll group together again later and socialise.

All good but not seen 114 up

Two of them up and munching today, still haven’t seen 114 on her feet. She was repeatedly licking her front left leg and no amount of gentl...
