Emergency Procedure

If you need to report an emergency to us such as injured or escaped livestock or damaged infrastructure please follow this procedure:

  1. Call the office on 01256 381190.
  2. If no one answers, wait for the answering message which will detail the name and mobile number of the member of staff who is currently on call.
  3. Phone the on-call member of staff who will then respond accordingly.

NOTES:

  • Please do not phone a member of staff directly unless you know they are on-call.

  • If you are unsure if a particular situation qualifies as an emergency then please phone the on-call member of staff anyway so that they can make the decision on how to proceed.

  • Most importantly of all – please do not report injuries or sick animals via the blog alone – always call the emergency on-call contact.

    All seen this evening.

    Out doing site checks and swung into Bramshot Heath to check on the four there. Found them all in J14 lazily grazing away.

    I'm back from holiday and the fantastic four look amazing, very healthy and chilled. Trough is good. They are all lying down central heath field. X

    (Belated post friday 2nd June) All in H6 seeking shelter from the sun under a large pine.

    All looked well. Youngsters doing what they're told via the matriarch of the herd ;) Said cow was getting annoyed by flies bless'er.
    All 4 grazing and fit and well in K4 and 5 at about 1000 hrs today.  Trough OK too.

    Lola and the boys all ok Friday 4pm

    Lola and the boys sitting down in the grass, pretty contented by looks of it. The youngsters sitting together with the mummy figure looking on a few yards away :) No problems seen. Nice to see the new arrivals after a break from "looking". Mike
